We allow drop off and pick up of items and products, and will also post and courier completed items to you for your convenience.

For most video and audio conversion jobs, our average turnaround time is around a week from when we receive your video or audio. Larger or more complex jobs may take longer.

If you require work done urgently, please ask about our priority services, where your job jumps to the head of the queue for our immediate attention (Some conditions apply, incurs either $40 for jobs under $200, or 20% extra for jobs greater than $200).

Time taken for all jobs is dependent upon our workload at the time.

On completion of a job, we provide you with a Tax Invoice. Payment can be made by one of the following methods:

• Cash
• Cheque, made out to 'big egg media'
• Direct Bank Transfer - our bank details are provided on the invoice

Sorry, we do not currently offer payment via Credit Card or EFTPOS. Stay tuned, we are looking into this.

All payments, unless otherwise arranged with big egg media, are due within 14 days of the completion of work. Late and overdue payments are subject to administrative fees and storage fees.

Yes! We find many people from interstate are happy to post or courier their tapes or records over to us to convert. We then post the original tapes and completed work back. Our address is:

We recommend and use either Express Post or Registered Post in a well padded bag or parcel. We keep a backup archive of the video and audio on our system in the unlikely event of a problem with postage.

On average, postage return costs around $10 - $15.

For vinyl records, please ensure the record is packed sufficiently to avoid any damage during postage. We have found that putting records between 2 strong sheets of cardboard or plywood is the best way to do it.

No, we don't currently resell camera equipment, audio visual equipment, supplies or consumables. Absolute AV, located on Glen Osmond Rd in Adelaide, offers a wide range of media products at a good price.
